You will either get a text or an email (whichever you prefer) with a link when the doctor is ready. Then just click on the link and you'll be connected. It's very simple and works great. You do have to have a smartphone, tablet or computer with camera/speakers. If you're not sure, we can do a "test run" to make certain everything is working.
